Local Scholarships

There are two types of Local Scholarships:

1) The "Separate App Scholarships" each have their own application. They are listed below.

2) The "Springdale Education Foundation - Local Scholarships" located on the SPSEF Scholarships page (click here)

"Separate App Scholarships"

Deadlines: Vary

To Apply:

  1. Click on the name of each scholarship to review guidelines, and criteria.

  2. If you meet the criteria then fill out the application completely.

  3. Applications can be found by clicking on the scholarship name.

  4. Each scholarship will have it's own application.

  5. Attach additional requirements as indicated by each scholarship. (i.e., resume, essay, letter of rec, etc.)

      • Request Transcripts for Scholarships HERE

    • Test Scores

      • Print ACT scores from www.act.org

      • Request Accuplacer Scores by email at shscounseling@sdale.org

    • Personal Cover letter (sample/tips)

  6. Include a personal cover letter with each application. (1-2 paragraphs introducing yourself, goals, highlights of few of your experiences or skills, etc.) COVER LETTER SAMPLE
