Karen Sosa graduated from Fayetteville High School. She attended John Brown University, earning a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Art in Teaching. Mrs. Sosa is licensed to teach Spanish, Social Studies, and English. After spending two years at George Junior High, the 2022-23 school year is her first year teaching Spanish at SHS. Mrs. Sosa has been the Girl’s Assitant Soccer Coach since 2020. She enjoys playing soccer, watching football, and reading mystery, suspense, or psychological thrillers when not teaching. Mrs. Sosa lives in Springdale with her husband and young son, Nicolas Mateo Gonzalez (Nico for short). They have two dogs. Tony, a King Cavalier Charles Spaniel, and Luna, a Cocker Spaniel. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family. Welcome to SHS, Mrs. Sosa!
